TPL (Telenor Premier League) is a cricket tournament arranged by the Telenor Management at IBEX Global Karachi. This event takes place every year, and just like that we had TPL in 2015 in November. Divided in in 4 groups, 3 in each, total of 12 teams competed for the number one spot, it was a 5 day event and all the games were played under the flood lights. And the trophy was handed to the well deserving team “Telenor Financial Services”. The basic idea of organizing this event is to maintain the high level of motivation amongst the CSEs’, and with the entire Telenor Management being a part of it at the same time, it gives the Management the opportunity to bond with the CSEs’ outside the work environment. - Yasir Anwar
